Sacred Act has been knocking hard on the door of late and seems sure to go close again with Jamie Spencer getting the leg up this afternoon, while Goring was much too strong for Alfred Hutchinson here last month and should be able to mount a bold hat-trick bid. Ghalib takes the eye on his first start for David Simcock but the one who makes most appeal is SURREY HOPE, a progressive colt who made it three wins from five starts when scoring at Salisbury when last sighted back in August. He should have a good deal more to offer and looks worth sticking with.
